How RFQ information is handled.

Information collected. When you submit an RFQ, AVRYQO receives the information you provide, including your name, company, work email, country or region, part or project description, material, quantity, notes, requested date, target price and any attached engineering file.

Purpose. This information is used to review manufacturability, discuss requirements, prepare a quotation, and communicate about the related prototype or production request. Basic first-party website events and source attribution may also be recorded to understand how the website is used.

Access and disclosure. Submitted information is limited to people involved in reviewing and responding to the request. AVRYQO does not publicly disclose customer drawings and does not sell submitted RFQ information for advertising use.

Retention. RFQ information and files may be retained for the period reasonably needed to evaluate the request, maintain quotation and project records, resolve follow-up questions, and meet applicable business obligations. Retention may vary according to the project and legal requirements.

Your choices. Submit only information and files you are authorized to share. To ask about, correct or request deletion of submitted information, contact sales@avryqo.com. A request may be retained where required for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.
